By doing these things, we can take care of our wairua and overall hauora.

Reflection: Take time to think quietly, maybe by praying, meditating, or spending time outdoors. This helps us connect with ourselves and feel better inside.

Connecting with Culture: Do things that celebrate our culture, like visiting important places or learning about our cultural history. This helps us feel proud of who we are.

Community Support: Lean on our community when things get tough. Being with others who understand us, like in HIV support groups, can make us feel supported and connected.

Healing: If we're not feeling good inside, we can try healing practices like Rongoā, massage or reiki. Some other therapies might also help us feel better spiritually.

Education: Learning about spiritual health and how it fits into our overall health can make us feel stronger. We can go to workshops or find books about spirituality.

Connecting with Nature: Spend time outdoors, like going for a walk in the bush, walking by the sea, or swimming in a river. Being with nature can help us feel peaceful and happy.

Mentoring: Ask someone we look up to for advice and support. Having a mentor can help us grow and learn.
